2010 Fall Ball
We will be offering Fall Ball this year through Blossom Valley Pony. They are allowing us to bring our teams over to play, keeping all SJPPB players and coaches together.
We understand that many of your children are involved with other sports and programs and we encourage them to do so. But Fall Ball is a perfect for players moving up a division to get a feel for the new rules and field dimensions and for everybody to keep their skills sharp for next year's spring season. The focus is on fun and learning and trying out positions and no scores are kept.
Fall Ball season starts September 7th with one practice per week and one game on Saturdays.
If you would like to participate, you will need to sign up through BV at http://www.bvponybaseball.com/fallball.htm.
The registration fee is $75 and the deadline is August 20th.
PLEASE email a copy of your registration to player_agent@sjppb.org, so we may keep track of all those who have registered and keep them together.
REMINDER: BOARD ELECTIONS
Elections for the 2010-11 San Jose Pacific PONY Baseball Board will be held on Tuesday, September 7th at the Round Table Pizza at 7:30PM. All board positions are open and will be determined by popular vote. If you or someone you know would like to be considered for a position on the board, please submit an email to dan_wilbanks@yahoo.com stating the position(s) you are interested in NO LATER than Friday, September 3rd.
All members of the SJPPB Community are welcomed and encouraged to participate in our league. This is your chance to help make a fun, exciting, and positive experience for your child. Please come out and show your support by voting and/or becoming a part of the SJPPB Board.
